About Me

I love the feeling of clay on my hands. The mesmerizing progression of throwing a pot on my wheel. The calmness of letting things flow without force. The practice of non-attachment to a creation and its formation. And the undeniable presence of impermanence in the ceramic process.

The serene rainforest surrounds my home studio. I enjoy the rain pouring over my tin roof and the sun radiating around my yard. Kit Kat meows and Henny Hen clucks while I mold and shape clay into natural vessels and sculptures. I desire to design pottery with ergonomic and structural integrity, pieces pleasing to the eyes, calming to the soul, and satisfying to the touch. I also design sculptures, tiles, and ceramic murals inspired by nature and my surroundings.
